Neurodiversity Career and Life Coaching
My Approach
Through coaching adults with ADHD and autism, I’ve seen how many people have spent years adapting themselves to fit workplaces and environments that weren’t designed with neurodivergent ways of thinking and working. Over time, this can lead to masking, overwhelm, exhaustion and burnout.
My aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, recognise your strengths, and build a career and life that feel more manageable and truer to who you are.
Every person I work with has their own unique experiences, strengths and challenges. My focus is on understanding you as an individual, not trying to fit you into a particular way of thinking or working.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening for you, the challenges you’re facing, the patterns you’ve noticed, what may be holding you back, and the approaches that could better support you in your work and everyday life.
ADHD Career and Life Coaching
Through coaching adults with ADHD, I’ve seen how many of those individuals have spent years feeling that they simply need to try harder or wondering why things that seem straightforward for others can feel so difficult for them.
My aim is to help you better understand how your ADHD affects you, recognise your strengths and develop practical strategies that support both your career and your everyday life.
Autism Career and Life Coaching
Life as an autistic adult is different for everyone, but it often brings a unique combination of strengths alongside challenges.
Perhaps you’re feeling misunderstood, masking to fit in, experiencing sensory overload or autistic burnout, struggling to balance your own needs with the expectations of others, or questioning whether your work and the life you’ve built are the right fit for you. These are experiences I’ve seen many autistic adults face, often after years of trying to adapt to environments that weren’t designed with them in mind.
